A. Kimberly Hoffman is a partner at Morris James LLP, a full-service Delaware law firm established in 1932. With more than twenty years of experience, Kimberly serves as lead counsel in real estate, regulatory, healthcare, and legislative matters. She chairs the firm’s Regulatory and Legislative Practice, which encompasses government relations, zoning and healthcare, in addition to her transactional real estate practice.
Kimberly is a frequent author and presenter, and the editor of the Delaware Healthcare Industry Blog, offering updates essential to those focused on healthcare in Delaware. She is the firm’s membership liaison for State Law Resources, an

international network of independent law firms that focus on helping businesses, trade associations and public policy coalitions navigate legal issues and state government relations throughout the U.S. and globally.
In addition to serving as an Executive Committee member of the Delaware Business Roundtable, Kimberly is the 12th RD Democratic Committee Chair for New Castle County. She serves as a Delaware Division Board Member for the American Heart Association, and chaired its 2019 Wilmington Go Red for Women Campaign. She is also the Delaware Alumnae Chair for Bryn Mawr College, her alma mater. Kimberly’s previous board service includes New Castle County Habitat for Humanity, East Side Charter School, and Prevent Child Abuse Delaware.
In 2016 Kimberly was named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF) in recognition of her achievements, leadership, and service to society. She has been recognized by Chambers USA - America’s Leading Lawyers for Businesssince 2007 and voted a Delaware Today Top Lawyer since 2014.
