The Delaware Business Roundtable Education Committee is an independent nonprofit organization that includes representatives from several Delaware Business Roundtable member organizations. The mission of the DBREC is to improve public education in Delaware by aggregating and aligning investments of Roundtable members.

The “north star” for the DBREC’s work is Student Success 2025, a state-wide plan with a vision and goals to transform Delaware public education to world-class by 2025.

DBREC investments are evaluated, approved and granted by the membership over the course of a year at quarterly meetings. Since its inception in 2006, the DBREC has provided over $6M in support to public education in Delaware.
