Gregg Moore, Vice Chair

Gregory Moore, P.E. established Becker Morgan Group’s engineering division and Dover, Delaware office in 1993, creating an opportunity to expand services offered by incorporating surveying and civil engineering.
Gregg leads the firm’s civil engineering and surveying division firm-wide, and manages the Delaware team of architects, engineers, surveyors, and interior designers. He also serves as the corporate operations director and leads the firm’s business development and marketing department.
Gregg began giving back to his community through the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program, where he mentored his first “little brother” from the age of 11 through adulthood. That little brother now is a successful civil engineer with a wife and two children. The Delaware Council of Engineering Societies named Gregg the 2013 Engineer of the Year, both for his professional and technical achievements, as well as his abundant civic and community contributions. In 2008, Gregg founded the Downtown Dover Partnership, where he continues to serve as a member of the economic development committee.
In addition to serving as an Executive Committee member of the Delaware Business Roundtable, he is a member of the Kent Economic Partnership, Delaware Prosperity Partnership, Delaware Business Roundtable, Bayhealth, Inc. board, Delaware Technical Community College Advisory Council and has served on the Central Delaware YMCA and Wesley College boards.
